this is my case
labor approved feb2004
i140,i485 applied mar2004
i140,i1485 denied apr2,2005
Mtr/appeal for both applied may2,2005
i140 reopened june21,2005
i140 ,i485 reopened oct2005
i140 approved jan2006.
now my question is there has been.10 days>180 days since i485 got denied and reopened.will this effect the adjucation of i485 finally.Please let me know what u think.
