Hi there,
We're in a tricky situation with the timing of sending in our I-130. My wife(USC) intends to return to the US before I do start a new job, I'll then join her at some point in the new year. Heres our dilemma, we wanted to file our i-130 DCF to make things go through a little quicker but her UK spouse visa expired 2 weeks ago! Am i right in thinking that she must now go to US and we'll apply from there meaning we can't file DCF and it'll take considerably longer?
Any help would be great.
