LC cleared, will apply for I-140 soon,
so if I-140 is also approved by say end of this year..
1.)can i apply for 3 year H1 extension? my 6 years end in mar-2007...
2.) where can i get updates regarding 485 retrogression?
me in EB3 cat..sucks..saw the visa bulletin EB3 cat is frozen at jan 2000? is it true that..only if ur filing date is prior to jan 2000 , u canapply fro 485?
any response will be appretiated.
