I just wanted to discuss my options here. I am currently employed with Company A (full time employee) with labor approved with PD of May 16 2015. My employer is willing to apply for I-140 in premium mode and will get an approval in 2/3 weeks. I have another job opportunity from company B for +20 k salary increase and a higher title. If I leave the company after the 1-140 approval can I retain the PD ? When can I leave the Company A? I have an approved H1B extension till Sep 2018 and currently my I-539s from my son and wife are still under processing and will take another 2 months to be approved.
Another thing is that my Company A will in most certainty will revoke my 1-140 if they find out that I am leaving
