Can I file my I-140 and immediatelly travel?

Hi,

can put my I-140 petition +I-485 into the mail today and travel abroad tomorrow? Depending on the speed of mail the receipt of the I-140 I would receive either while I am traveling or after I return. Is this a problem? For example the last I-94 is not the same today and tomorrow.

I am using the travel tomorrow to visa stamp my H1B. So for the I-140 petition I currently only provide my I-797 but not the visa stamp, is this a problem?
