Hi All,
Here is my question:
Lets say a person A, when he is in 5th year, he applied for extension and he got 3 years extension.
After that he applied for 140 with approved perm in his hand. So, H1 extension applied in March and 140 is applied in May.
If the H1 approved first, and then 140 approved. is he eligible to stay and work for 3 more years? or he has to apply for extension again after 140 approval?
I see many people are applying H1 extension after 140.
