My husbend and I afe making the petition i-140 for EB1 visa as talented businessman. And we are have couple questions:
1d. Evidence that the alien is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of expertise.
So, people usuallu attach some job offer for that part, but what can be used for a businessman? Some business plan or what? Is this point mandatory?
