I140 RFE on Indian university degree accreditation

Today, I received a RFE on I-140 filed under premium channel in EB2 category. Per RFE, I need to arrange a letter or other documentation that establishes that the university is accredited to issue degrees. I would like to know,

1. What is the exact document that I need arrange in this case?
2. Does the Indian university provide these kind of document?
3. I have the degree certificate (in English) from university and Academic Credentials Evaluation done at my visa filing time. Would that suffice to respond RFE?
4. If I could not manage to arrange the required document, Can my h1-B visa extended on the basis of Perm approval? I have a month left on my visa.

Note : I have 16 years of education and an engineering bachelor degree.

the university website mentions that they have NAAC accreditation. What kind of accreditation USCIS needs for EB2 category? is NAAC accreditation good for I 140 approval?

I have academic credential evaluation document (carried out in USA) , would that help for RFE response?
