After I140, changing employer to non-profit company

Hi Team,
I have an I-140 approved last month with my current employer ABC with a designation of D1.
My Current visa expires in Dec'16. My 6 years will be completed by next month(Feb'16).
Now, I am planning to join employer XYZ(non-profit cooperative) with a similar designation of D2.
They are ready to file H1B transfer and new PERM/I140.

Do you see any issues for me here in this change of employment?

I'm also going to work at a non-profit organisation, so it would be great to find out other people's experiences.
