I140 just approved. If I change empyr, I be able to maintain the old priority date?

I have 2 important questions, before I join a new company.
1. I am transferring my H1B with I-140 approval(with prev employer). Will I get 3 years of Extension during this transfer?
2. I-140 is approved in Dec'15 and I am planning to change my employer who is ready to file PERM/I140.
Would I be able to maintain the old priority date?
