Hi,
I am currently on L1B with my max timeout being Oct 16. I have my I-140 in processing stage and I am expecting it's update by March 16 (filed in Sept 15).
I have below questions:
1. Post I-140 approval, can I change my status from L1B to H1 without lottery?
2. I have my old H1 visa stamped (petition approval from Oct 2007 to July 2010). Though this visa has been stamped, I have never traveled on this. So, is it possible to renew this visa post I-140 approval?
