Impact of promotion on I140 application?

Currently, I am in US on H1B visa. My perm was filed in Dec 2014. At that time, my designation was “Programmer Analyst”. One month back I was promoted to the position of “Lead Engineer” in my company. I have already filed for amendment in H1B for this role change. My roles and responsibilities in organization are almost same.

Two weeks back my perm got approved, now I have to file I140.

Will this promotion impact my I140 application?
