Experts,
When applying for PERM labor, I provided experience letters from my employers which included time I worked on FULL-time CPT during college (approx. 5 months).
However, I have an overall experience of more than 6 years and this doesnot include the CPT experience.
My labor got approved and now planning for I-140. I am thinking of not providing the Full-CPT work experience letter and excluding it from the i140 exp letters.
Can submitting a different dated experience letter without CPT time in the I-140 stage versus the one submitted duing PERM stage cause any issues.
Experts please help.
thanks
