I currently have approved I-140. I am planning to switch jobs. I am going to get married in the end of the year. So lets say I switch jobs before I get married and my company does not revoke my I-140, can I come back and apply for my wife's EAD on the I-140 which is from my previous employer? Or do I have to wait till my new company's I-140 approval comes? Can some one please help with this? I will have to decided if I should switch jobs before marriage or after based on this.
