H1B extension beyond 6 years after I 140 approval

Hi Members ,

I have a few questions about H1 B extension , I am in the last year of my 6 year completion in H1B, I have got an approved I140 but 365 days have not passed since I started my labour application .Labour application to I140 approval took only 6 months .

Do I need to wait for 365 days to apply for H1B extension beyond 6 years or can I just apply for extension without waiting 365 days since I already have approved I140 ?

Please help me out as I cannot find any information that mentions it directly .
