Hello,
I have a situation and I would appreciate your comments. I have an approved I140 with a very big company. However I got transferred outside US and I have been outside in India for 3+ years.
1. Can I switch company in India and still keep my I140 for future employment?
2. My new company in India is willing to file/transfer I140 under them. They have office in US. However I wont work in US for now.
3. When my priority date (Apr 2012) becomes current, can I just file for I485 while outside US
4. Should I be in US for filing I485?
My H1B expired and I didnt apply for renewal since I work outside US now.
