Hi All,
Can anybody please tell me what is the time duration for which a person has to stay in company after I-140 approval so that company cannot revoke approved I-140?
I have read somewhere that a person needs to be with company for 180 days post approval to avoid any revocation.
Can anybody please answer this question?
Basically I am asking because my wife has H4EAD on this and we dont want to lose it.
