    Applying H1B using my I-140 approval

    My current H1-B visa is getting maxed out on Feb 2017.
    Due to personal emergency I have to travel back to my home country from USA and work from there for another 1-2 years.
    Is it possible to apply new or extend H1-B using my I-140 approval notice.
