I have to change my occupation from Engineering to Software due to recession in my industry. My H1B is 6+ yrs and I-140 approved in 2011. Will I be able to retain my priority date when I file for the Green card now? My job title and description are totally different now, more over my previous employer has revoked my I-140. Please suggest.
