Hello,
My employer has sent I-140 application to TSC on Dec-30, 2015 in regular processing.
We then expedite it with premium in May 2016. My employer never received any response from TSC then. Later on TSC notified to my employer that due to backlogs, application processing taking long time.
I am a sub-contractor and working with a desi consulting firm. Just wondering, if it could be the reason of my I-140 application delay.
Is anyone with similar situation or waiting for I-140 approval since long?
Is there anyone have received premium processing receipt #?
