Can I re-use previous I-140 if I return to previous employer??

Hello, I have I-140 approved by previous employer (Company A), I changed my job last year to company B with H1b transferred. The new employer haven't started my GC process. So can I still keep my previous I-140 if I switch back to my old employer (Company A)??

The previous company A I-140 is not revoked. Please advice! Thank you~!
