Hi,
I-140 was approved in Sept, 2014 with Employer A and I had joined Employer B in Sept, 2015.
Employer B is working on PERM process, but not yet submitted.
I got another offer from Employer C,
1. Can I get H1 transfer of 3Years extension if I join Employer C?
2. Can I carry forward Priority Date?
