Hi everybody
My I-140 petition was sent to the USCIS on september 28, 2016. They received it on sept 29 and I received the I-797c notice of action form with Sept 28, 2016 as priority date under the category 203 BIC MULTI NIL EXEC-MNGR. I have been doing some searching regarding the priority date trying to understand and if I am not wrong according to the USCIS bulletin my PD is current.
Can any of you help me and confirm if I am correct?
Also, if my PD is current what can I expect regarding approval/processing time?
At what point can I start filling for my wife and children?
Current visa L1-A
No labor certification required
