EAD application for spouse if you change jobs

Hi, I have recently changed my job from employer A to B, and just before leaving the last job with employer A I got my I-140 approved. I wanted to check if I can apply for my spouse's EAD based on my I-797 and approved I-140 from my job at A, given that I have a new I -797. My previous I-797 and I-140 both are still valid.
