Switching job before I-140
Hi everone,
I have my self-petitioned I-140 (concurrently filed with I-485 + regular processing) pending with USCIS for 5 months now. I've gotten a new job that would like to take.
My question is,
what are the risk factors involved switching jobs before I-140 is approved? How many of you would recommend me premium process it now to know the decision before I take on the job using my EADs?
I spoke to my lawyer and he didn't recommend me premium-process and said my case is very strong and don't have to worry about I-140 denial.
