Hello all
I am currently in a technical job, with certain roles bordering marketing. I just completed my MBA and to make my resume stand out, I changed my title from Sr. Research engineer to program manager. The projects and the details of them are true. Now I have an offer from a major company and they will be continuing my green card process. My question is will they require an experience letter from me from my current job. If so, does the title matter as long as all the skill sets that I spoke about in the resume can be proved. I would appreciate any help with this matter.
