L1A Extension after I140 Approval
Hello All,
Thank you all for this great forum. I have a situation in my company.
I am currently on L1A blanket for 3.5 years and I still have another 3.5 years. I asked for GC in EB1 but my company will do only in EB2 Category. I explained to them that EB2 will not do any good to me because I cannot extend L1A on I140 approval after the max out period unlike H1B. Is this a correct statement ?
1.What are my other strong reasons that I can give my company to process in EB1 ?
2. What is Consular processing in H1B?
3. Thirdly apart from converting to H1B, is there any other available options?
