Payment of I-140 Filing Fee outside the US

Hello,

I am living in South Korea and preparing I-140 document for EB-2 NIW visa.
As a person outside the US, I do not know how to pay the filing fee.
I saw the I-140 instruction and it says I have to contact the nearest US embassy,
so I called them but they say I need to USCIS in the US.
This is really CONFUSING.
I don't have a bank account of US bank, so I can not issue a check or money order.

안녕하세요, maybe it can help you, as french was usacis was in italy but they said me that i couldn't pay fees for this kind of petition in italy, so i went to USA to pay my filing fees with money order i bought ( 2 dollars) in post office in las vegas
