I am in a situation to change employer and my I-140 is applied on normal in Dec'2016 and not approved yet. My H1b is stamped till 2018 end now, i have 1 more year left in my H1B. What is the possibility of retaining my current priority date even after moving to a new company ?
I can do I-140 in premium before leaving the current company as I have almost 3 week time from now. Also I came to know from the current company attorney that they won't revoke I-140 once it is approved. What are the chances of getting EAD for my spouse and she can continue working until I get the new GC process started and reaching till I-140 stage in new company?
