Need your suggestion on my case.
I have never traveled to US till now and also do not have any Visa.
I got a job offer and Company A(not employer) filled my H1b and EB2 category, H1b not selected but recently came to know that I-140 got approved.
Now I am in my home country and my present Employer B is filling fresh Cap H1B this season.
In case I am lucky and I go through the lottery then what are the chances of getting getting H1b stamped(Employer B) from consulate as in DS160 I guess I need to mention the I-140.
