EB2 and Progressive experience

Hi,

Need little help.

Does Nebraska Center require BE+ 5 "progressive" experience for EB2 category?

I have BE+5 year experience, but the Labor certificate/advertisement does not have word "progressive" in it , My attorney says word "progressive" is very important for California center, but she does not have much info about NSC.

Anybody without word "progressive" in labor certification had luck with EB2?
