This is about changing job location, not my home address.
I have my I-140 (EB2) approved a year ago. Haven't filed I-485 yet because of Nationality.
My employer is moving the main office down the street.
I understand the PERM is filed for that specific office location. But we are moving literally only 1 mile away! Same city, same county, same everything. And it's the whole company changing office building, not just reassigning me or something.
We thought, ok, maybe we can update the address on PERM first, and then tell USCIS to update the job location on I-140. We logged on to the DOL perm portal, and tried to see if there's anything we could do to update the PERM I used for my I-140, but it's expired as it should.
Please don't tell me we have to go through that PERM hiring process again...
