Hi everyone, I'd appreciate some help on how to fill a few fields on the I-140 form.
The labor certification is completed and the employer wants me either to use the same lawyer or file I-140 and I-485 myself.
Part 1.
- Since I'm filing myself, but on behalf of my employer, should I use fields #1a.b.c. (my name) or #2 (employer's name)?
- If I put employer's name in #2, what should I put in #3 (IRS tax number) and #4 (SSN)? I have employer's FEIN.
- Mailing address and In Care Of Name should be employer's address and someone else's name in the company or my name?
Part 4.
If I file concurrently with I-485, should I check Yes for #4 Are any other petition(s) or application(s) being filed with this Form I-140?
Later it says the following. If you answered Yes to any of questions 4 through 8, provide the case number, office location, date of decision, and disposition of the decision on a separate sheet of paper.
Do I need to provide any of that? If yes, where do I get it?
