Filing 140 n EB1C as functional manager
Hi All
I am filing as a functional manager in EB1C. My position abroad and in US has been as a functional manager. However, just recently I have been given a team to manage. The overall functions have grown but I still am doing the same work as before.
1. Is this going to be an issue?
2. Can we file US as personnel manager and Abroad as a functional manager?
What is the best route?
