Job Change after approved I140

Hi,

I am working with company A where I have an approved I-140. My H1 is extended till next 2 years. Now I got an offer from company B. I know if I move to company B, the the previous I-140 will not be revoked and my priority date will be retained.

My question is, in company B, how many H1 extensions can I get based on my previous I-140 before my new company can do my Perm processing again and whether I need to do another Perm/I-140 with new company. This question is based on the rule changes of Jan-17.

It would be really helpful if someone can clarify on this. If I have an approved i140 for more than 180 days, can i use that for changing jobs till PD is current and without having new employers redo Perm and I140.
Specifically can new employer used my approved i140 to keep extending my H1b without filing Perm/GC process till PD is current.
