Hi,
I have I-140 approved in 2011. all these years, I am getting H1 visa extension based on I-140 approval. my current expires on Feb-2018. I am currently residing in India. 6 rs cap on H1 was expired on 2012.
1) Is it possible to renew H1 from India without travelling to USA
2) Is it possible to to apply the H1 renewal after my currenct visa expires i,e after Feb 2018.
Please suggest.
