So I am pretty sure my case was presented as an EB2. I am a physical therapist with about 3 years exp in the US and 2 in India. My I140 came through yesterday as EB1 approved. Now I am super confused and elated at the same time but I don't want to think too far ahead because it may be a mistake.
I have not spoken to the lawyer because I changed him after the I140 approval notice came through. Why? - Because he delayed the filing for me and screwed up my previous applications that led to i140 rejection and the new lawyer who took it up sent me an email asking why do you want to apply for H1B extension next year when you go EB1 just file for green card.
Any thoughts??
