My i140(H1B) approved from company A. Before 180days of approval, I left company A and joined company B. Company A revoked my i140(sent revocation letter to USCIS) and its current status on USCIS site display as "correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it" for i140 means". This status is not changing for last 6 months.
what does it mean?

1. Is the i140 revoked?
2. or its NOT been revoked yet, USCIS is taking time?
3. Can I use the same I140(from company A) for H1B extension in Company B?

Hi Singhram,

Were you able to find the reason for the correspondence status? I am also going through similar phase. My H1B transfer is in process and my old H1B says exact similar message when looked up in uscis site. Should I be worries of this. I am not sure if my old company sent revokation letter but pretty sure they are not happy with my change of employer. Can u please let me know the things u have gone through after the following uscis status?
