H1B extension based on spouse's approved I140

I have an approved I 140 from an organization and can my wife, who has H1B from a different organization, get H1B extension beyond 6 years based on my approved I-140 ?

I doubt it. But, she can now apply for 485 through your I-140 or on her own H1, and be under adjustment of status category while in process I think.

No. Even if it is the same organization, the answer is still no. One can extend their H1 beyond 6 yrs, only if they have an approved I140 in their name.
