Join Old employer who has my I-140. New employer also has I140

Hi,

I have my EB2 with Employer A with I-140 approved on June 2012. I changed company and joined Company B and have applied for I-140 again and ported my date in June 2016.

If Employer A did not revoke my I-140 and i join him, will i need to apply for PERM and I-140 again? Or use the old ones?
