My Case
1)Maxed Out 6 yrs H1B
For my current Employer A :
2)I have I140 approved under EB2 ( which approved in 2016-March).So It has passed more that 180 days
3)Current I797 was approved on basis of I140 and valid up to 2019-Nov
4)Have stamped Visa on passport and valid up to 2019-Nov
Now I want to change Job to Employer to B.
It seems As per new rule, the I140 can only be withdrawn by employer A and cannot be revoked.
The question is can I use this I140 (withdrawn by employer A but not revoked) for filing future H1b extensions/transfers/amendments with new employer B till my new Employer B start filling GC Perm/I140 ????
