I140 filing fees with premium processing, consular processing from abroad

Hi everyone,

My file is almost complete and I will be sending my I140 off with the I907 premium processing form and all supporting evidence.

Do I need to attach 2 separate payments. One for $700 for the I140 and another for $1200 for premium processing?

Also, I understand USCIS will only accept US bank checks and I do not currently have a USD bank account. If I get 2 money orders from my bank for the required amounts and attach these will that be okay?
