Change of TEchnology, impact on I140 mapping on employer change

Hi,

I am currently on .NET and related technology but I m thinking to move to AWS.Also my I140 is approved for more than 180 days. What happens if I change the employer and also technology (AWS from .NET) considering that my new GC process will start. Will my current priority date be portable to new GC filling or I will get a new date all together.
