I140 submitted in August but the receipt number is still not recognized.

I140 was submitted in August first week and we got the receipt number a week later.
But the status still shows as receipt number not recognized.
Anybody else facing this issue?

Same here. Submitted in July and mine is still not recognized in the system as of Dec 2. Is this normal?
