Hello.
I havent submitted my I-140 application yet. I hold a J1 visa and I am applying to EB2-NIW. Not applying for I-485 yet
My Visa stamp is expired. Would I be granted a new stamp with a pending NIW case or should i renew before submitting?
If I wait until I re-stamp my visa to submit the application.. would I be allowed to re-enter the United States with a valid J1 visa stamp but an ongoing I-140 application?
