Hi,
I have an approved I-140 from employer A. It just got approved in December 2017. Now I am looking to change jobs and join employer B.
Employer B is willing to sponsor the H1b and start the transfer process immediately. I have some questions regarding the process:
1. If employer A revokes the I-140 (still before 180 days), will I be able to carry over the PD when the new employer re-initiates the GC process
2. Will I be able to use the I-140 (possibly revoked by employer A) for filling EAD for my wife (H4 dependent)
3. At this point, I only have the I-140 case number with me. Should i also try to get the copy of I-140 from employer A
