I 140 Filed, Can I travel outside US with valid visa ?

Experts, need your guidance --

At present; my visa is valid till 2019, March and very recently I-140 is filed in EB1 category.

I-485, EAD, Advanced parole has not been filed yet.

Can I travel outside USA with this status? Any concern?

Filing of I140 has not got nothing to do with your status. It neither confers any legal status nor does it result in rescension of any status. Hence, you can travel as you wish.
