I am ready to file i-140 EB1 and i907 (premium processing) from India. The i-907 form says it accepts checks and money orders only from US based banks and financial institutions. I do not have a US bank account. Can I get a money order from western union in India. What is the way I can pay for i-907?? They dont accept credit card for I-907 as well. Please help.
