I 140 Amendment Date of Birth and Place of Birth

Hi,

I am on H1B visa and My I 140 got approved. There was a DOB mismatch in my passport and Birth Certificate. Now i have corrected my passport and I would like to correct my DOB in I-140 too. So below are my queries

1. What document/procedure required to amend my I-140
2. During amendment process , Will I be able to change my job?
