what after I-140 ? I am in India now

Hi,

While i was in L1A in USA i have applied for I-140 an later in sometime my L1A expired and even L1A extension was denied.
I-140 which i applied in Aug-2017 for which result is still due, I would like to understand if anyone can help and guide me with the process on how apply GC from India if my I-140 approves.

also please share GC consultant information in INDIA who can guide me better on next step...
